How To Store Your Medication
Most medications should be stored in a cabinet or drawer out of children's reach. It is important not to store medications in the bathroom cabinet because the humidity and heat in the bathroom could lower the medication's effectiveness. Certain medications should be refrigerated such as certain eye drops, antibiotic supensions, and insulin pens. When in doubt about how to store your prescription, talk to your pharmacist.
